How To Return An Item
Damage due to Shipping
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouses. Upon delivery of your order, please check your product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide detailed information for any damaged product. We will send you a replacement product free of charge and will pay for the return of the damaged product (if required). We cannot refund the original shipping fees (if any) paid on the order.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your product. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed and in the same condition you received it.
To complete your return, please email email@example.com to request a refund, and provide a brief explanation of why the product is being returned and when it was purchased.
Ship it within the 30-day time limit (post mark date must be not more than 30 days after you received it). Please be aware that you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred in the return. Once your return is received and found to be in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the product returned. We cannot refund the original shipping fees (if any) paid on the order.
